How is mold treated with Chlorine Dioxide?

DeOdorPro Gas release Kits are used to neutralize the mold spores in the air. If the mold can be sprayed and then set off the gas kits, Great.

For surface mold - Spraying LiquaSan directly on the mold, leave for a contact time of 10 to 15 minutes then wipe if possible then reapply and leave to dry.

If wipping is not possible, heavy Chlorine Dioxide gas is pumped into the area.

Can Chlorine Dioxide remove urine and its smell?

The urine is neutralized with Chlorine Dioxide. Saturate the area and leave to dry.

For padded material, over saturate to account for the speading in the material and let COMPLETELY dry before reassesing. If item can be taken apart or flipped over to ensure all the urine has been treated, even better.

For substrates, completely saturate the area and let dry. Accelerate the drying with a fan or carpet dryer. let it dry completely. It may need to be done 2 or 3 times to get it 100% odour free...especially cat urine!
